Funding and Fees
Fees

We are open 51 weeks a year except for bank holidays. We close each year on Christmas Eve and reopen on the first working day in January. We do not charge for this period or any other bank holidays. To register your child's place at Bolehill Nursery we require a deposit of £100, which is returned on your final bill, and a non refundable admin charge of £30. Please note one months notice is required to withdraw your child from nursery or the deposit is forfeited

Nursery fees are paid monthly in advance and you will receive an invoice at the beginning of each month. Payment can be made by bank transfer or Tax Free childcare. Nursery fees are reviewed annually with increases applied in April.

Until your child qualifies for 30 hours funding fees include nappies, wipes and creams for children under 3. When your child moves to the pre-school room we ask that parents provide nappies for their child.

Meals are charged in addition to the nursery fees at a cost of £3.80 or £2.75 for those just attending an afternoon session. If your child receives 30 hours funding they will be charged a daily service charge which includes meals. The cost of this is £6.60 for a full day, £5.11 for a morning session or £3.97 for an afternoon. Alongside meals the daily service charge also covers nappies (for under 3's), wipes, nappy creams, calpol, suncream and any other additional activities or resources.

We are unable to offer reductions or alternative days for any absences such as illness or holidays
